Design & Build have partnered with a highly regarded design & construction studio to appoint an Interior Designer on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

You'll work alongside a talented team of designers and project leaders on projects that challenge conventional workplace thinking and create engaging environments for end users.
The Role
Working closely with senior designers and project leaders, you will play a key role in the delivery of workplace projects from concept design through to documentation and project delivery.

The Role
Working closely with senior designers and project leaders, you will play a key role in the delivery of workplace projects from concept design through to documentation and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing workplace interior design concepts and detailed design solutions
- Producing high-quality Revit documentation packages
- Preparing presentations, material selections and client-facing design documentation
- Coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders
- Assisting with design development, space planning and technical detailing
- Supporting project delivery through construction and site phases where required
- Maintaining design quality and project standards throughout all stages
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 3+ years' experience delivering workplace interior projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong documentation capabilities
- Experience working across concept, design development and documentation phases
- Strong understanding of workplace design principles and current industry trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience within a commercial interiors or workplace-focused studio
- Immediate start available
