Im Fokus steht die IT-seitige Steuerung eines bereits produktiv gesetzten SAP-SuccessFactors-Umfelds. Nach dem Go-Live sollen offene Themen strukturiert nachverfolgt, die Hypercare-Phase koordiniert und die weitere Stabilisierung sowie Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft begleitet werden.
Ihre Aufgaben:
IT-seitige Steuerung des HR-Projekts nach SFEC-Go-Live
Koordination von Hypercare, Nacharbeiten, offenen Punkten und Maßnahmen
Priorisierung, Statusreporting, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
Schnittstelle zwischen HR-Projektleitung, Implementierungspartnern und Management
Steuerung der weiteren Einführung von MDI und Embedded SAC
Ihr Profil:
Project Manager oder PMO mit SAP HR-IT-Erfahrung
Erfahrung in Hypercare und Post-Go-Live-Stabilisierung
Fundierte SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Erfahrung
Von Vorteil: MDI und Embedded SAC
Sehr gutes Stakeholder- und Eskalationsmanagement
Englisch verhandlungssicher, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
Rahmenparameter:
Einsatzort: Remote / evtl. kurzes Onboarding in Niedersachsen
Laufzeit: Sofort bis 31.12.2026 mit Option auf Verlängerung
Auslastung: Variabel - 100% mit Möglichkeit zu 50% bei "Land & Expand"
