You will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment initiatives, managing talent acquisition projects, and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and project management, looking to make a significant impact in a short period.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate selection.
• Coordinate and execute talent acquisition projects to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media channels to source candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
• Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields.
