We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic client organization in a critical, high-impact role. This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for professionals who excel in managing complex Workday configurations, automation, and integrations, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a senior specialist, you will support payroll processing, bolster system integrations, and drive process efficiencies—helping shape the future of their Human Capital Management operations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday Payroll and HCM modules in a similar role.
• Deep expertise in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Workday report writer, calculated fields, and troubleshooting integrations.
• Proven ability to independently manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical details for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting payroll processing, configuration, and compliance.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Workday security administration and advanced reporting techniques.
• Experience with Workday EIBs, data uploads, and integration development.
• Familiarity with systems such as Schwab, Bswift, and QGenda integrations.
• Prior exposure to payroll workflow discovery and process re-engineering.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in HRIS or Payroll systems, with extensive Workday expertise.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• This position is remote, requiring a flexible schedule to coordinate across teams as needed.
• Ability to manage approximately 20-30 hours per week on a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement.
• Availability to start on 08/01/2024.
