Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated LMI Parts Assembler to assemble, inspect, and package products in our climate-controlled Ivyland manufacturing facility. This role works independently and as part of a team to complete accurate, high-quality assemblies while meeting production, safety, and attendance expectations. The ideal candidate communicates well, follows detailed work instructions, manages priorities, and consistently reports to work on time and ready to begin the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts according to bills of materials (BOMs), work orders, and detailed work instructions.
• Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses; specialized tasks may include tube bending and soldering.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications and established ISO procedures.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and complete necessary adjustments or repairs to support product quality.
• Identify and report defects, material issues, or process concerns promptly.
• Monitor materials and components needed for assembly, request replenishment, and report inventory shortages.
• Meet production targets while collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all established manufacturing, attendance, safety, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.
• Ability to read and follow bills of materials, work orders, and written work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn JD Edwards for locating bills of materials and related information.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently and perform the physical duties of the role.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to maintain consistent, punctual attendance.
• Ability to work scheduled overtime when available.

• Up to two years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or another fast-paced operation.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience with pneumatic tools, presses, tube bending, soldering, or assembly-line production.

• Fully onsite at the Ivyland, Pennsylvania facility; no travel required.
• Climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Protective eyewear and safety footwear are required.
