Schedule:

Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts

• 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
• 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM 
• 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM 

• Required to work 3 weekends per month
• All nurses receive a 30-minute break during each shift

Pay:

Local:
• $36/hour

Travel (50+ Miles):
• W2: $18/hour
• Stipends (Non-Taxed): $800/week
• Blended Rate: $38/hour ($1,520 weekly)

Position Overview:

Aequor Healthcare is seeking experienced LVNs to join the team at Brenham State Supported Living Center. This facility provides care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, psychiatric disorders, and dual diagnoses. Nurses will provide comprehensive care, medication administration, behavioral support, and ongoing monitoring in a structured residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents with IDD, psychiatric, and dual-diagnosis conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient status, behaviors, and responses to treatment

Requirements:

• Active LVN License
• Experience working with:

  • Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
  • Psychiatric Patients
  • Dual Diagnoses • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
