- Stable 38-hour work week
- Monthly RDO
- Limited overtime
- Long-term project stability through to late 2027
- Opportunity for ongoing work on future Gold Coast developments
- High-end residential development
- Current stage:
- Level 3 boarded
- Carpark lighting installation underway
- MSB & MDB installation scheduled for July (yet to be powered)
- Project completion: December 2027
- Strong pipeline of ongoing Gold Coast projects with this developer
- Qualified Electrician with current licence
- Ideally 2–5 years post-trade experience
- Previous experience in a high rise projects
- Strong work ethic and team leadership skills
- Ability to run jobs efficiently under supervision
- Reliable and Gold Coast based
