EVENTS CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF & SUPERVISORS WANTED! 

CG Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Event Team Members and Supervisors to join our team for a upcoming events and exhibitions!

We have a range of casual opportunities available for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.

Location: Darling Harbour
Dates: Saturday 24th – Thursday 29th October 2026
Shifts: Day shifts commencing from 6:30am

Positions Available

  • Event Supervisors – Leading teams and overseeing daily event operations
  • Registration Staff – Welcoming guests and assisting with event registration
  • Ticket Scanners – Scanning tickets and managing guest entry
  • Concierge Staff – Providing information and assisting visitors
  • Crowd Control Staff – Helping maintain safe and organised crowd flow
  • Ushers – Directing guests to seating areas and event locations

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional and well-presented individuals
  • Reliable and punctual team players
  • Previous events, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience required for supervisor positions
  • Availability for early morning starts from 6:30am
