Payroll Coordinator  | Immediate Start Available 

We’re currently looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join a busy and established team based in Henderson.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid end-to-end payroll experience who is confident working with Pronto and enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on payroll team.

The Role

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently across a large workforce
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheets, allowances, deductions and adjustments
• Ensure payroll is processed in line with relevant legislation and company policies
• Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with reporting and reconciliations
• Work closely with HR, Finance and other internal teams
• Assist with ongoing payroll improvements and projects where required

About You

• Previous experience in a Payroll Officer / Payroll Coordinator position
• Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge
• Pronto experience is highly desirable
• Good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Able to work effectively in a busy environment
