About the role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. This position would suit someone with strong family law experience, particularly in financial disclosure, who is confident managing a varied workload and supporting lawyers across complex matters.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing family law cases from start to finish
- Conduct legal research and prepare documentation
- Liaise with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Support solicitors in court preparations and hearings
- Manage disclosure and financial matters effectively.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in family law, with a focus on disclosure and financial matters
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal documentation and case management.
