This role suits someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, supporting field teams, and staying across multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work closely with State Managers and Supervisors to ensure insurance repair jobs progress smoothly — coordinating trades, tracking documentation, managing small claims, and keeping communication flowing between all parties.
After a successful probation period, you’ll enjoy a 3‑days‑office / 2‑days‑from‑home hybrid model. The business also offers a 2‑year development plan for driven candidates who want to grow their career.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting state operations with day‑to‑day coordination and admin
- Tracking job progress
- Coordinating trades, scheduling, and issuing work orders
- Managing small claims
- Maintaining compliance across permits, approvals, and documentation
- Supporting contract admin and subcontractor onboarding
- Preparing reports and assisting with new team member onboarding
- Facilitating communication between trades, supervisors, clients, and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in construction or insurance building
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- Good systems capability (MS Office + scheduling platforms)
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
