A services company in New Jersey is seeking a new Accounting Clerk for a great Part-time opportunity with their team, focusing on Billing and Collections. 

About the Opportunity:
  • Shift: Day
  • Schedule: Part-time, flex with hours
  • Hours: 16-20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
  • Running aging reports
  • Reaching out to past-due clients via email or call
  • Collecting on past-due amounts
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting with processing invoices (AP), if needed
  • Performing other duties, as needed\
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of related work experience
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience with basic Accounting functions
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
