What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Source and place top-tier Data talent via networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and market mapping

  • Position the company as the go-to recruitment partner for clients and candidates

  • Develop your own client portfolio, winning new business and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles

  • Network across financial, digital, and public sectors, building lasting relationships

  • Maintain a candidate and client database to fuel repeat business

  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture, achieving KPIs and activity goals

  • Receive ongoing training and mentorship to maximise your growth and potential

What We’re Looking For

  • Resilient, ambitious, competitive, and excellent with people

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed

  • At least 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within technology, data, or adjacent industries

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders

  • Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and ambition outweigh experience — comprehensive training is provided
