About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations by comparing bank statements to source systems and internal records
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reporting discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly aging reports for outstanding reconciling items
- Monitor aged or unresolved items and escalate them in accordance with internal procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation issues and maintain supporting documentation for audit needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and comfort asking questions when needed
