Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s occupational health clinic located in Bessemer City, NC.
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3p
Duration: 6/29-8/24 with possible extension (leave of absence coverage)
Pay: $26-32/hr (depending on licensure and experience)
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Active LPN License
• BLS certification
• Clinical experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, emergency department, or related setting
