Welder

Essential Responsibilities

· Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies

· Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications

· Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely

· Inspect weld quality and ensure products meet company standards

· Assist with fitting, grinding, and material preparation as needed

· Maintain clean and organized work areas

· Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

· Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

· Assist in other production areas when needed

Qualifications

· Previous MIG welding experience preferred but not required

· Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred but not required

· Ability to read tape measures and basic drawings

· Ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Dependable attendance and punctuality required

· Ability to work overtime when necessary

Physical Requirements

· Standing for extended periods of time

· Frequent lifting, bending, and repetitive motion

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

· Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and steel materials
