As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care while supporting residents, families and the wider care team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
• Completing clinical assessments and individualised care planning
• Medication management and wound care
• Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' clinical needs
• Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control requirements
• Working closely with families and allied health professionals
• Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Full working rights
• Completed Bachelor of Nursing
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care

Please note visa sponsorship will only be considered for candidates who hold a current work visa, are on shore, with significant experience working in Residential Aged Care in Australia.
