Shuttering Carpenter

Barker Ross is currently recruiting for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter for a construction project in Brighton.

Location: Brighton, BN2
Rate: £25.00 per hour (CIS/UTR)
Working Hours: 7:30am – 6:00pm, with 9.5 hours paid per day
Duration: 10 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out shuttering and formwork duties on a construction project, working as part of a concrete frame and civils team.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Proven experience in shuttering and formwork

  • Previous experience on concrete frame or civils projects

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

  • Ability to work independently and to a high standard

  • Full PPE

  • Reliable and available to start immediately

  • Able to provide relevant work references

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter looking for a 10-week assignment with consistent work.
