We are working with a major national HVAC and mechanical services contractor expanding its Sydney team. This is a permanent role for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who wants scale, security and somewhere to build a long-term career.

What You Will Be Doing

• Running commercial HVAC and mechanical projects end to end, from handover to completion
• Programming, procurement, and subcontractor and supplier management
• Owning project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
• Managing head contractors, consultants and clients
• Leading site delivery, quality and safety

What You Will Need

• Proven experience delivering commercial HVAC or mechanical projects as a Project Manager
• Strong on programming, budgets, procurement and subcontractor management
• Confident managing clients and stakeholders
• A trade or mechanical engineering background is helpful, not essential if you have the runs on the board
• White Card
