Acclaimed Workforce is currently recruiting experienced Sewing Operators to join an established and growing manufacturing operation in Somerton.
This is a great opportunity for someone with **industrial sewing / overlocking** experience who enjoys hands-on production work and takes pride in producing a quality finished product.

The Role
Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment and assisting with production and finishing.
Duties include
- Operating industrial sewing and overlocking machines
- Overlocking edges and finishing products
- Trimming and preparing products for final presentation
- Conducting quality checks throughout production
- Identifying and reporting quality issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following production instructions and workplace safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements
About You
To be successful, you will have
- Previous experience operating industrial sewing or overlocking machinery (essential)
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to work at a consistent, medium production pace
- Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, positive approach to work
What’s On Offer
- $35.15 per hour + super
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (consistent daytime hours)
- Immediate start available
- Work with an established manufacturer in a growing production environment
- Location: Somerton, VIC
