Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:55-3:00
Caseload: 10 students (multi disabilities, TA in classroom)
Required Certifications: Special Education Teacher Cert- PEL

General Duties
- Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development, literacy education, math, physical education, and other subject areas suitable for students with disabilities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Support students with autism, developmental disabilities, hearing impairments (deaf education), or other special needs through specialized instructional strategies.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing and monitor student progress regularly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s educational plan.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and emotional well-being.
