About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering practical and commercially sound HR/ER support across a diverse workforce. A significant focus of this newly created position is the management of employee relations matters and supporting leaders through workplace matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You are an experienced HR Advisor/Employee Relations Advisor with a strong background in employee relations case management and a passion for partnering with leaders to navigate complex workplace matters.
You have proven experience managing a broad range of ER cases, conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee issues with confidence and sound judgement. Exposure to unionised environments and industrial frameworks, working across multiple sites will be highly regarded.

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering practical and commercially sound HR/ER support across a diverse workforce. A significant focus of this newly created position is the management of employee relations matters and supporting leaders through workplace matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of employee relations matters, including performance concerns, behavioural issues, workplace conflict, attendance management and disciplinary processes.
- Leading and supporting workplace investigations in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Providing advice and support within unionised environments, ensuring consistent application of enterprise agreements, awards and workplace obligations.
- Developing strong partnerships with operational and site-based leaders, delivering responsive and practical HR advice in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple locations, with planned travel forming part of your role within a national People & Culture team.
