Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Based in Melbourne CBD - Hybrid working
Daily Rate - 6month initial contract (2 year program of work)
We are looking for a Salesforce technical lead to own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll bring strong hands-on engineering skills together with the leadership ability to guide teams, drive best practices, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

We are looking for a Salesforce technical lead to own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll bring strong hands-on engineering skills together with the leadership ability to guide teams, drive best practices, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Technical skills needed:
- 8+ years Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura component development
- Deep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks for Experience Cloud
- Experience maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft
- Exposure to CPQ processes; experience with CPQ platforms is advantageous
- Familiarity with FinancialForce or other financial ERP solutions integrated with Salesforce
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience for Salesforce development and deployment
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Champion automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery
- Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews, and design sessions to uphold coding standards and secure development practices
- Identify technical debt and recommend strategies for system optimisation
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and product owners to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards

- Familiar with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Comfortable facilitating technical workshops and engaging cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
