Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consulting firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. Our client is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager / Marketing Manager to lead its ethical pharmaceutical portfolio and drive marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive ethical pharmaceutical product growth and market share.
• 
  Lead product portfolio management, positioning, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
• 
  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• 
  Collaborate with sales teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market penetration.
• 
  Manage marketing budgets and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• 
  Lead, coach, and develop the product management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine preferred; other backgrounds with strong ethical pharmaceutical marketing experience may be considered.
• 
  Proven experience in ethical pharmaceutical product management and marketing.
• 
  Group Product Manager: Senior Product Managers with 5–6 years of experience may be considered.
• 
  Marketing Manager: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Group Product Manager.
• 
  Experience handling respiratory products is an advantage.
• 
  Strong strategic marketing, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
