Job Description:
We are is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our Distribution Team in Miramar, FL. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, inventory control, and shipping apparel products to stores and customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick, pack, and process customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.
· Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise shipments.
· Sort, label, ticket, and prepare apparel products for distribution.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
· Organize warehouse locations and keep inventory properly stored.
· Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed.
· Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
· Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
· Support other warehouse departments as business needs require.
Qualifications
· Bilingual Preferred but Spanish Only works
· Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
· Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Ability to work overtime when required.
Preferred Experience
· Apparel, retail, e-commerce, or distribution center experience.
· RF Scanner experience.
· Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
