Strategic Alliances Manager (EMEA) - Contact Center
What you can expect
Zoom is hiring a CX Strategic Alliances Manager for the EMEA region. This individual contributor role focuses on expanding partnerships with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other emerging strategic alliances.
The goal is to increase consideration of Zoom's CX platform through these partnerships, which will lead to a higher pipeline and more revenue. The role involves identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and expanding partnerships to generate revenue for Zoom's CCaaS platform.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the CX market and will collaborate with global and EMEA partnership teams. This collaboration ensures a unified strategy that accelerates adoption, aligns partners, and supports revenue growth.

Through strategic partnerships and a focus on customer needs, they expand Zoom's global presence. This ensures businesses can fully utilize virtual collaboration.
What we’re looking for
- Be fluent in English. Additional European languages are a bonus
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or cloud channel management
- Have proven success in building and scaling cloud go-to-market programmes across regions
- Have good understanding of hyperscaler Marketplace Go-to-Market and cloud commercial models
- Have the ability to create joint value propositions, Go-to-Market strategies and tactical plans with strategic partners
- Have the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across geographies and business units
- Have experience working across EMEA and with globally distributed teams, particularly in the US
