💡业务介绍
Zoom Mate 是 Zoom 内部正在重点推进的智能协作产品，属于 Zoom AI Productivity Suite 的核心组成部分。它是 Zoom AI Companion 的进阶版本，具备跨工具的智能协作与任务执行能力，能够在 Zoom Workplace、Slack、Google Workspace 等多平台间协同工作 。
设计团队负责 Zoom Mate 的整体体验设计，包括智能对话、任务执行、Human-in-the-loop（人机协作）等关键交互场景 。

🎯岗位职责
1.产品体验设计
负责 Zoom Mate 核心功能（如 Quick Response、Task Execution、Human-in-the-loop）的交互与视觉设计，确保智能助手在多场景下的自然交互体验 。
参与从需求分析、概念探索到最终落地的完整设计流程，推动产品体验持续优化。
2.AI 交互与系统设计
设计 AI 驱动的对话与任务执行流程，探索 Agent 与用户之间的最佳交互模式。
与工程、AI、产品团队协作，定义智能助手的行为逻辑与反馈机制。
3.设计系统与规范建设
参与 Zoom Fabric 设计系统建设，完善组件库与 Token 体系，确保 Zoom Mate 与其他 AI 产品体验一致性 。
4.跨团队协作
与美国总部设计师、PM、AI 工程师紧密合作，推动设计方案在全球范围内落地。
参与用户研究与可用性测试，基于数据与反馈持续优化体验。

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，设计、人机交互、计算机或相关专业背景；

2.5 年以上产品设计经验，具备 AI 产品或智能助手类产品设计经验者优先；
3.熟练使用 Figma 等设计工具，具备系统化的交互与视觉设计能力；
4.对 AI、Agent、Workflow 等新兴交互模式有深入理解；
5.具备良好的英文沟通能力，能与海外团队高效协作；
6.逻辑清晰、执行力强，能在复杂系统中平衡用户体验与技术实现。

•有 AI 产品（如 Copilot、ChatGPT、Claude、Notion AI 等）设计经验；
•熟悉多 Agent 协作、任务编排（Workflow）或人机共创场景设计；
