The firm advises a broad portfolio of privately owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate groups, offering tax, compliance, and strategic advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review a portfolio of complex business services clients

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants across multiple levels

  • Review financial statements, tax returns, and advisory deliverables

  • Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

  • Manage workflow, productivity, and team performance

Skills & Experience

  • CA or CPA qualified

  • 7+ years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting

  • Previous experience managing staff and reviewing work

  • Strong technical taxation and business advisory knowledge

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and workflow tools
