The Role:
- Manage end-to-end trade settlement activities across mutual funds, ETFs, equities, fixed income, and FX products, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Liaise with custodians, brokers, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade breaks and settlement exceptions
- Monitor settlement risks, failed trades, and corporate action impacts, ensuring appropriate controls and issue resolution
- Support cash management activities, including cash positioning, settlement funding, and liquidity monitoring
- Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives and maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 3-4 years of experience in fund operations, custody operations, or trade settlement, with exposure to Mutual Funds and/or ETFs
- Good understanding of financial markets, securities operations, and trade lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of derivatives products is an advantage
