- Frontline communication — Respond to calls, emails and in‑person enquiries with empathy, discretion and professionalism.
- Crisis support — Assess urgency, manage distressed callers, and escalate matters appropriately.
- Notification processing — Review statutory orders, enter data accurately, and ensure mandatory timeframes are met.
- Advocate coordination — Allocate matters, organise tribunal and court attendance, and support field Advocate workloads.
- Administrative support — Maintain records, manage shared inboxes, coordinate interpreters, and keep reception welcoming.

- Highly developed communication skills, especially with distressed or vulnerable individuals.
- Strong administrative capability, including CRM use, accurate note‑taking and confidentiality.

Desirable:
Experience in mental health, justice settings, crisis lines or Mental Health First Aid training.
