I'm currently partnering with a well-established and reputable project home builder to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the sales process from enquiry through to pre-construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer enquiries and maintaining regular client communication.
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads through HubSpot CRM.
  • Preparing client documentation and coordinating DocuSign workflows.
  • Ordering surveys, planning certificates and other pre-construction reports.
  • Providing administration support to keep projects progressing.
  • Coordinating documentation and handovers into the pre-construction team.
  • Assisting with display home presentation and customer enquiries when required.
  • Must be available to work weekends - 4:1 WFH split 
About You:
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Customer Service in a residential construction background
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded).
  • Residential construction or project home experience will be highly regarded.
