Project Coordinator – Low Voltage

Washington, DC | $100,000–$110,000/year

Join Next Level Technician as a Project Coordinator supporting low voltage and structured cabling projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating KIK’s remote sites across the country while working closely with the KIK team. The ideal candidate will be sharp, highly organized, proactive, and have a proven track record of successful project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for KIK’s remote low voltage and structured cabling projects
  • Coordinate multiple remote sites and projects across the country
  • Communicate with project managers, field technicians, customers, and vendors
  • Assist with scheduling technicians and coordinating manpower needs
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and completion dates
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
  • Monitor technician assignments, hours, materials, and project progress
  • Help coordinate site access, badging, training, PPE, and other project requirements
  • Review project updates and communicate changes or issues to the appropriate teams
  • Assist with material and equipment coordination
  • Track project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Identify potential scheduling, staffing, or project issues before they impact deadlines
  • Maintain consistent communication across remote project teams
  • Support project managers and KIK leadership with operational and administrative needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecommunications, low voltage, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record of consistently coordinating projects successfully
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with field technicians or construction teams is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Sharp, proactive, and able to anticipate project needs
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Must be comfortable coordinating projects across multiple remote locations
