Data Analytics & Insight Manager, Banking

Summary
You will drive the end-to-end management information, data engineering, and visualization initiatives to deliver actionable performance insights across commercial and digital banking channels. By building interactive dashboards, optimizing SQL-based data marts, and automating workflows using Python, you will transform complex data into executive-ready narratives that directly influence strategic business decisions and optimize operational productivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end MI and performance reporting across sales tracking, service productivity, conversion funnels, and channel performance.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches, identifying performance drivers and providing actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards with clear KPI hierarchies, drill-through designs, and optimized data models.
• Build robust datasets and data marts using modern ELT patterns, version-controlled transformations, and automated testing.
• Write efficient, maintainable SQL queries utilizing window functions, CTEs, and query optimization techniques.
• Automate reporting workflows and perform statistical analysis, segmentation, or forecasting using Python and SQL.

Requirement

• University degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, database management, software engineering, and reporting development.
• Strong hands-on capability in SQL, Python, or Excel VBA.
• Background in commercial or digital banking with a solid understanding of sales and service performance metrics is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including facts/dimensions, KPI calculation logic, and data quality controls.
• Experience building production-grade reporting assets with visualization tools such as QlikSense, QlikView, or Tableau.
