AI Engineer

A - Job Description:

The AI Practice Engineer is a senior level solutions architect with 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4 years in AI and Data Science. Your primary responsibilities will be to lead, design and implement comprehensive AI solutions using cloud-based AI services and Microsoft Copilot, ensuring the solutions are aligned with business objectives and adhere to technology best practices.

• Align technology with business goals: Ensure that technological solutions achieve the business goals of both the company and its customers.

• Promote best practices: Reduce technical debt by consistently promoting best practices from design through delivery.

• Cultivate innovation: Adopt and integrate cutting edge technologies to drive innovation.

• Lead by example: Actively participate in projects and demonstrate leadership through hands-on

  experience.

  C - Main duties:

• Practice Development: Design and implement an end-to-end AI practice, including technology best practices, solutions, tools and processes.

• Pre-sales support: Design solutions, create work statements and quotes when bidding. Promote AI practices to internal and external customers.

• Project Delivery: Plays a key role in projects, supporting the project team to ensure they are aligned with technology best practices.

  D - Welcome background: knowledge:

• AI/ML: Proficient in the entire AI/ML lifecycle including data preparation, model training, monitoring of AI models and project deployment, MLOps pipelines, etc. Understanding of AI- driven automation including intelligent process automation, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.

• Software Engineering: Expertise in building scalable software applications

• Data Engineering: Expertise in building scalable data pipelines and real-time streaming using tools

  like Apache Kafka, Flink, Spark etc. Strong knowledge of data orchestration tools like Apache

  Airflow, Prefect etc. and SQL and NoSQL database optimization.

• Architecture and Design Patterns: Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and

  serverless architectures, as well as a strong understanding of automation-enabled architectural frameworks and patterns such as infrastructure as code and self-healing systems.

• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of secure AI, automation and data systems including data governance, GDPR, SOC 2. Familiar with automated compliance monitoring and reporting.

• Emerging Technologies: Awareness of the latest trends in automation such as hyper-automation and low-code/no-code platforms and their integration with AI systems.

• AI/ML and Data Systems: Proven experience in delivering AI/ML powered solutions such as intelligent chatbots, fraud detection systems, workflow optimization etc. Hands-on experience in building and managing scalable data platforms and predictive analytics pipelines.

• System Integration: Expertise in integrated systems delivering AI and automation solutions

• Mentorship: Experience guiding engineering teams and implementing best practices in AI-related
