About the Role
You will assist branch personnel with federal and state income tax returns, review tax-related documents, and support audits and bank product processing. This position emphasizes customer service, organization, and attention to detail, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish considered a plus.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Available Shift Times

• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 9am-9pm Mon-Fri. (40 hours/week) Potential shifts on Saturdays as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch staff with tax return processing and compliance
• Review scanned forms and validate documents
• Assist with audits and bank product disbursements
• Maintain detailed logs of communications and support activities
• Support special projects as assigned

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours and extended shifts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and data entry
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to operate office machinery (fax, copier, calculator)
