Manufacturing / Process / Design Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing/Process/Design Engineer to support engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, production systems, and product/design applications. Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of engineering tasks designed to build experience and familiarity with company engineering methods, practices, standards, and programs.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technical data, engineering documentation, and established procedures to develop practical solutions to routine engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, process, and design engineering activities.
• Perform routine engineering assignments under the direction of experienced engineers.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and other technical references.
• Use established engineering methods, standards, and readily available references to resolve straightforward technical problems.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate engineering and manufacturing data to support decision-making.
• Assist with developing engineering plans, procedures, and recommendations for assigned projects.
• Support the design and application of engineering solutions to manufacturing and production challenges.
• Assist with evaluating existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, calculations, and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, design, and other engineering teams.
• Follow company engineering standards, procedures, safety requirements, and quality practices.
• Gain familiarity with the company's engineering programs, processes, tools, and best practices.

What They're Really Looking For

The strongest candidates will have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Internship, co-op, or early-career experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product design, or production engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience working with engineering/manufacturing data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CAD/design software is beneficial.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior engineers while progressively taking on more responsibility.

Seniority Level

Entry-Level / Junior Engineer approximately 0–3 years of engineering experience, although relevant internship/co-op or hands-on manufacturing experience can be highly valuable.
