As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and supporting project delivery from start to finish.
You will work closely with customers, sales representatives, warehousing and dispatch teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations and product recommendations
- Coordinate project orders and delivery schedules
- Monitor and manage back orders
- Liaise with freight companies and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales or project coordination
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Experience within building products, manufacturing, wholesale distribution or a related industry will be highly regarded
