Finance Officer

Hunter Manning is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our private client’s team, based in Perth's Northern Suburbs. What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Timely and accurate banking processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and ensure the accurate processing of transactions across many different entities.
• Maintain strong relationships and gather financial information for month-end tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in finance roles.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all financial matters.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with excellent time management.
