Job Title: Gage Calibration Technician
Job Location: Glendale Heights, IL
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $23-$28 p/hr
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Job Description:
- Experience with:
- Custom Gages
- Manually using a blue print
- CMM Experience to check custom gages
- 5 years experience related to gage calibration field
- 1 year experience working in a tight tolerance production environment
- Inspection techniques and bench gage equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, drop gages, etc.
- Read, write, speak English
- Read and interpret blue prints for custom gages
- Tool making experience preferred
- 5s standards preferred
- Aerospace experience preferred
Sometimes they will be asked to drive to one of the other locations. All locations are miles apart so not a far drive. The three locations are Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, and Carol Stream so again, not a long drive to each location.
