- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services.
- Coordinating travel reconciliation follow-up activities and compiling the agency's quarterly travel report.
- Supporting staff with the intranet travel system, facilitating CTM access, and acting as a liaison between CTM and staff.
- Coordinating building maintenance requests and liaising with building management, contractors, and service providers.
- Assisting with accommodation, fleet, and office management functions.
- Assisting with procurement activities and corporate credit card administration.
- Providing general facilities and operational support to staff and stakeholders.
- Supporting reception operations and providing reception coverage when required.
