A hospital-affiliated outpatient practice north of Newark, New Jersey is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team providing high-quality care to a diverse community.

Position Highlights:

  • Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care in a high-volume practice
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient base
  • Provide preventive care including wellness exams, screenings, and vaccines
  • Build long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
  • Create and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with specialists and care teams
  • Use modern EHR and advanced diagnostic tools
  • Educate patients on prevention, treatment, and lifestyle health

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
  • Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
  • Clear, patient-centered communication style
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and CME


Compensation & Benefits:
