Seeking collaborative, compassionate BE/BC Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join team in Bakersfield, CA.

  • Provide specialized inpatient care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialized pediatric nurses and therapists.
  • Manage high-acuity pediatric cases within the local 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
  • Participate in regional quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
