职位职责（Responsibilities）
  • 负责 前端产品的自动化测试设计、开发和维护
  • 基于产品需求和技术实现，设计 高质量、可维护的自动化测试用例
  • 使用自动化测试框架（如 Playwright / Cypress / Selenium 等）进行前端自动化测试
  • 与前端、后端、产品紧密协作，尽早发现问题并推动问题解决
  • 参与测试策略制定，持续优化 前端测试覆盖率和稳定性
  • 分析自动化测试结果，定位失败原因（测试问题 vs 产品问题）
  • 参与 CI/CD 流程，将自动化测试集成到持续集成中
  • 在需要时，参与一定的手工测试和探索性测试
任职要求（Requirements）
必备条件
  • 3 年及以上 QA 或测试开发相关经验（可按级别调整）
  • 扎实的前端自动化测试经验
  • 熟练掌握至少一种前端自动化测试工具：
  • Playwright / Cypress / Selenium（任一或多种）
  • 熟悉 Web 技术栈：
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript（能看懂、能定位问题）
  • 至少掌握一门编程语言：
  • JavaScript / TypeScript / Python 等
  • 熟悉常见的测试类型：
  • 功能测试、回归测试、冒烟测试
  • 具备良好的问题分析和定位能力
  • 良好的沟通能力和责任心，能在跨团队环境中工作

  • 有 测试框架搭建或重构经验
  • 熟悉 TypeScript，并在自动化项目中实际使用过
