We’re looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service & Front of House Staff to join our event crew at large exhibitions and events held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre!
What you’ll be doing:
- Ticket scanning & entry assistance
- Registration desk & attendee check-in
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Crowd control & queue management
- Providing directions and general event information
- Supporting the event team with general Front of House duties
About you:
- Friendly, professional and confident dealing with the public
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
- Previous events, hospitality, customer service or registration experience is highly regarded
Location: Melbourne Exhibition Centre
Employment: Casual / On-call
