If it's time for a change in 2026, an exciting opportunity exists for an adult psychiatrist to join a supportive kaupapa Māori organisation providing secondary level community based mental health services.
The programmes they run include:
- Adult - community mental health support for 18 years and over, from all cultures and backgrounds who experience severe mental health concerns.
- Specialist mental health and addiction services to children/tamariki, youth/rangatahi and their whānau/family.
- Early Intervention First Episode Psychosis Service - providing support to people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, aged 13-33 years old.
- Maternal mental health services to mothers who experience moderate to severe mental health problems during their pregnancy and following birth (postnatal period).
