As a Quality Officer, you will play a key role in reviewing and improving the quality of planning and decision-making processes. You will provide technical guidance, support staff capability, analyse trends and data, manage escalations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the branch.

About the Role
As a Quality Officer, you will play a key role in reviewing and improving the quality of planning and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities relating to early childhood planning and decision-making.
- Provide technical advice and support on complex quality-related matters.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve decision-making quality, technical capability, and consistency.
- Analyse quality trends and performance data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage escalations and provide timely recommendations and resolutions.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide advice, education, and information on early childhood planning and quality practices.
- Support compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Contribute to branch goals through effective reporting, analysis, and quality oversight.
You Must Have
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, planning, or operational quality functions.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience providing advice and support on complex operational or policy matters.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Qualification in Allied Health, Education, Disability, or a related field.
Benefits:
