A growing primary care practice in Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care to older adults.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for Medicare patients
  • Focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and improved health outcomes
  • Value-based care model emphasizing quality over volume
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
  • Prescribe and manage medications and other treatments
  • Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to achieve quality goals
  • Help direct and manage the center care team
  • Dedicated Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant
  • Highly qualified candidates may be considered for Center Medical Director
  • Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement

Compensation/Benefits:
  • $240K–$270K base salary
  • Wider salary range may be available depending on experience and location
