120 beds and a variable ADC of 90 / skilled census about 20 on average. Our Occupational Therapy team consists of 2 OTs and 2 COTAs. We use Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and Point Click Care (PCC).
- Weekends are not required, our therapists work 5/8-hour days
- OT sees an average of 13 patients per day. We service both skilled nursing and LTC (Part B) for therapy services.
- Productivity requirement is 88%
