Key Deliverables:
- Building AI-native developer tooling and agentic engineering workflows
- Developing large-scale retail commerce and transaction platforms
- Modernising cloud-native applications across Kubernetes and Azure environments
- Driving CI/CD automation, engineering productivity, and platform scalability
- Enhancing self-service, mobile, and point-of-sale technologies used globally
- Leading engineering delivery across distributed product and platform teams
- Strong software engineering background with experience delivering scalable production systems
- Experience leading engineering teams or owning end-to-end technical delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools or agentic workflows
- Background in retail, payments, POS, or high-transaction systems
- Ability to operate across architecture, delivery, stakeholder management, and production support
- Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, low-ego leadership style
