The Timing
This practice is entering a new phase of growth following the arrival of an experienced partner. With an expanding client base and increasing workflow, there is an opportunity for a Senior Associate to become a key member of the team and contribute to the development of the practice.
  
The Work Itself
You’ll advise leading employers, government bodies and statutory corporations across the full spectrum of workplace relations. The work will move between strategic employment advice, contentious matters and complex workplace investigations, giving you the opportunity to lead files, work closely with clients and develop commercially focused solutions to sensitive workplace issues.

Sound Like You?
You’re an experienced workplace relations lawyer with a strong background across contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You’re confident managing matters, building client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
General litigation experience will be well regarded, as will the energy and commercial judgement to help grow a developing practice.
